Furthermore, a booking becomes confirmed only after we receive full payment and issue a booking confirmation.
3. Payment
- Customers must complete payment in full before the scheduled service, using the payment methods available on our platform. While prices may change over time, confirmed bookings retain the price agreed at the time of payment. Moreover, Muslim Umrah Taxi reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment fails.
4. Cancellation and Refund

As a result, our liability for injuries, loss, or damage is limited to the cost of the booked service.
